• Clean out the garage. Box items you want to keep but don't need.

• Fill an outbox with items you're unable to sell or donate online.

• Make a list of items you may want to gift buyers.

• Move boxes out of the house. Post items to donate or sell.

• Schedule a deep clean.

• Clear out all expired things from your home.

• Put all manuals in a binder for buyers.

• Plan a small get-together. Take lots of pictures.

• Treat yourself to fresh flowers.
