My husband and I are first time homebuyers and although the process was very daunting Melissa clearly explained each step and helped find the perfect home for us. Melissa is exptremely knowledgeable and was able answer any questions we had about the buying process the areas where we were looking future construction ideas and possibilities energy taxes schools architecture making offers and so much more. Melissa is super organized very hard working and extremely quick to send thoughtful responses to texts calls and emails. She went above and beyond in the months we worked together and was even able to pick us up from the train from Manhattan take us to viewing appointments (for which she always set up a great itinerary) and drop us off at the train afterward. She also took the time to send us informative emails about solar power and press about the areas where we were looking. When it came time to choose an inspector lawyer and lender Melissa had lots of great recommendations making the choosing process much easier. One of the things we loved most about working with Melissa is that she is very kind and not in any way pushy. She made a conscious effort to find what was best for us and was a tough negotiator when it came to getting an accepted offer on our favorite home - we feel lucky that we had her on our side.
